If you change your mind within 14 days of receiving clothes you are eligible for a full refund (From all locations).

Full refund will not be processed if:

• Swing ticket is unattached from outfit.
• Dress is not in original condition, for example: worn/damaged, makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hairs, etc.

Non UK Customers:

• Please note that a return fee will be charged for all international returns.
• The same conditions apply regarding the swing ticket and item condition for refunds.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees on any accessories, such as earrings.

Refund issued within 14 days of parcel been returned to Lyonkusol. Refund is sent to the payment method used for purchase once item(s) is received and condition is accepted.
